• Links you submit, any optional context you provide, and the scan results and evidence that Flash produces. Scans submitted through the Flash web page are public: anyone with the result link can view them, and the submitted link and result may appear in the live feed. Your MCP and API-key scans are not listed in the public live feed and cannot be opened through public result links.
• Account details from your sign-in provider, such as your name, email address, and profile image.
• Account activity, such as scan history and usage.
• Device and network data, such as your IP address, browser or device type, and a device identifier.
• Product analytics, such as pages viewed, the referring source, and interaction events.
• Messages and other information you send when you contact us for support or exercise your privacy rights.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• Provide scans, results, account features, and support.
• Protect Flash and its users from fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• Monitor reliability, understand use, and improve Flash.
• Enforce our terms and comply with legal obligations.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

• Service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, and support Flash.
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, Outtake, or another party.
• A successor or other party involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business.

Flash uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain sign-in state, apply usage limits, protect the service, and understand how people use Flash. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but blocking them may prevent some features from working.

We use physical, technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards that are appropriate to the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide Flash, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may keep de-identified or aggregated information that does not identify you.

International processing

Flash is operated in the United States. If you use Flash from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live.
